Rates are based on the occupancy per room type noted above.

Additional person to join in the room shall be charged the extra person rate.

Children 6 years old and below, sharing the room with parents, up to a maximum of two children will not be charged extra for the room. However, meals shall be charged separately. Children 7 years old and above shall be charged Extra Person Charge.

Check-in time is 12:30pm while check-out time is 11:00am.

Late check-out is subject to the following charges:

2 hours extension - 25% of room rate

4 hours extension - 50% of room rate

Beyond 4 hours extension -100% of room rate

Bookings & Cancellation Procedure.

Bookings are only accepted in writing either in hard copy or via email.

A 10% deposit is required to confirm bookings made outside 45 days before arrival. This deposit is non-refundable.

Bookings made within 45 days before arrival must be paid in full at the time of confirmation.

Prices are quoted in US dollars and we reserve the right to change it without prior notice.

Payment can be made by bank transfer or cash. Please note that payments by international bank transfers attract a 5% service charge.

Cancellation, no show fees, or reduction in numbers are subject to the following charges:

45 or more Days’ Notice of cancellation	Cancellation fees equal the amount of your deposit.
44-30 Days’ Notice of cancellation	25% cancellation feewill be charged.
29-15 Days’ Notice of cancellation	50% cancellation feewill be charged.
14-7 Days’ Notice of cancellation	75% cancellation feewill be charged.
6-0 Days’ Notice of cancellation	100% cancellation fee will be charged.
